In life, there is no chance, only meetings, this is the sentence that could sum up the story of the three emblematic men of Cognac’OT.
Olivier, Arnold and Jérémy met in 2020, however, they had the impression of knowing each other for years… Indeed, they all had a friend in common Julien Luntala, a great long-time friend of the three men who never stopped playing matchmaker… And then, one day in 2020, finally, they joined, they describe their first meeting as obvious, a spark and a natural feeling. Olivier Tébily saw in Arnold and Jérémy Mvuemba the trusted association he was looking for, he invited them to come to the estate to find out what has made Olivier vibrate for so many years. When they arrived, the two brothers were won over, they had the same loving gaze as Olivier the first time he saw the exploitation. It is with great emotion that the three men tell their story, a big smile on their faces and their eyes teary with joy. Olivier Tebily is the story of a double rebirth: that of a place and a man. The place is the terroir in the heart of Grande Champagne where the great adventure of viticulture begins. The man is Olivier Tebily, who was looking for a vineyard to realize his dream of Cognac. He embodies this generation of winegrowers who made a professional detour before taking over a vineyard. Viticulture and cognac, his universe has always been!!!!

In 2008 after hanging up his cleats, he decided to give an unexpected turn to his football career, a second life after the field!!! a Renaissance.
As if the spirit of competition had never left him, he bought a restaurant and invested himself for 7 years, then in 2014 chose the challenge of the wine world to become the first African winemaker producing his Cognac.
Arnold Mvuemba
Arnold has a calm and gentle temperament, endowed with the same human values as Olivier, he comes across as a person who inspires great confidence. His projects and ambitions are in perfect harmony with Cognac’OT, his Marketing and digital knowledge is noticed from the first moments.
Arnold is coming to the end of his international career shortly after a successful career in football. He started at Stade Rennais, then he was in Lorient, Olympique Lyonnais and Qatar, he is now in Belgium. Originally from Alençon, viticulture was a completely unknown domain for him. Nevertheless, entrepreneurship has always attracted him, he discerns a real personal enrichment in being an entrepreneur. So when Olivier presented his projects to him with all his heart and soul, Arnold was won over. From an unknown universe, it has become his professional environment, which he discovers a little more every day at the heart of Cognac’OT.
Jeremy Mvuemba
Jérémy appears as a reserved person, the youngest of the team, he brings a breath of fresh air to the trio, with his youth and his liveliness. Equipped with the same human values, he is in perfect complementarity with his brother Arnold and Olivier.
Jérémy evolved in the world of amateur football for several years, before he had followed a path of model student. In 2017, he decided to open his hairdressing salon, a great human and professional adventure began for him. He also owns a barber shop, he has known the entrepreneurial world for a few years now, and has a keen sense of business. It is moreover with his commercial and social qualities and his evolution in the digital age, that he is also one of the pillars of the team. Ambitious and drawing on his experience, he reflects the Cognac’OT brand.
THE COGNAC'OT ADVENTURE
Since meeting, the three have known that they are the right people for each other to pair up. Moreover, it was only natural that the relationship was created, a beautiful friendship intertwined with a beautiful professional relationship. Today, Olivier runs the operation, Arnold and Jérémy devote themselves to all the communication part, in close collaboration with Olivier … It is in a very humble way that Arnold describes their role in this adventure, they learn every time.
