Cognac says Extra Old which will have at least 10 years of aging in oak barrels.

The XO carafe has an old mahogany gold color. From the first nose, woody notes, orange peel, dried figs blend with spicy notes.
The mouth is round and reveals an aromatic power which evolves towards notes of cedar wood then candied fruits.
A great length characterizes this XO, very nice balance offering a supple and light finish.
Cognac XO Sup
XO Very Old is synonymous with old Cognac, it can be defined as “extra extra Gold”. The subtle blend of eaux-de-vie is kept for more than ten years in oak barrels. Some are left in barrels for fifteen, twenty, twenty-five years and more.
